PLEASE READ COVID-19 UPDATE

To help protect you there are some measures in place designed to reassure you that all appropriate procedures are being carried out to keep you safe & ensure you feel as relaxed & welcome as always. 

 

YOUR PART

• please arrive on time for your appointment, ideally only a couple of mins early as unfortunately during this time the waiting area can’t be used.

• please come to your appointment alone & without unnecessary belongings- bags. Jewellery etc

•on arrival please wear a face mask & use the hand sanitizer provided. Temperatures will also be taken. 

•if you have any Covid-19 symptoms please telephone or text to cancel your appointment. 

If you need to cancel for any other reasons please do so as soon as possible, at the moment there is a reduced number of spaces available due to all the extra safety measures in place & it would allow someone on the waiting list to be offered the appointment. 

•treatments can be paid for using bank transfer if preferred. 

 

MY PART

•appropriate PPE will be worn throughout your appointment - mask, visor, gloves etc

•hand sanitizer available at all times & disposable masks if you don’t have one 

•disposable towels & couch covers will be used during treatments, & paper towels in the bathroom. 

•refreshments aren’t available at the moment, please bring water bottle if required. Magazines have also been removed. 

•all door handles, bannisters, bathroom & treatment room will be cleaned with medical grade disinfectant after every appointment. 

 

As & when the government guidelines relax some of the above policies can be adapted. Thank you for your cooperation, hopefully by doing our bit we can help to accelerate the return to a more normal.
